This book has some good things but the links to resources are very outdated. A good deal of them either don't exist anymore or are something other than what is indicated.

.... which as a realtor, you are! Dan Gooder is as much a real estate expert as he is a marketing expert. Let me first mention that I'm a RE newbie. So I know first hand that most first year realtors blow it, because they don't realize they are building a business. I've read everything. Forget the ridiculous like giving away pumpkins. This book is a comprehensive plan. Yes, be prepared to spend money. But try starting any other business without spending it.
An absolute must for all real estate professionals
